Coming soon - I want to create a community of practice for all the PMs who feel stuck or trapped in feature factories and struggle to improve their companies' ways of working.

While you certainly cannot change your organization and make it move to the product model as an individual contributor, you can still bring some change at your level, helping your team and allowing you to develop the skills required to thrive in an environment running a product operating model.
